Company Management:

Salim Elkhou, Director:

Mr. Elkhou founded e-Stet in 2007 with the primary focus of providing services and products that efficiently streamline the e-discovery process. Under his leadership, e-Stet has successfully worked on some of the nation’s most document-intensive cases for AMLAW 100 firms. Prior to e-Stet, Mr. Elkhou was the National Director of E-Discovery in two large litigation support firms, deploying multiple ESI data centers throughout the United States. He has been integrally involved in architecting industry-leading e-discovery software and regularly provides court testimony on forensics methods. Mr. Elkhou holds a Computer Science degree and a Mathematics minor.


Yoeli Barag, Esq., Director:

Mr. Barag joined e-Stet in 2009. He was formerly a practicing lawyer with Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in New York., where he focused on commercial legal matters. Most recently, Mr. Barag was a member of Lazard Middle Market’s Mergers and Acquisitions Investment Banking group. Mr. Barag holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa. He also holds a Juris Doctor from the New York University School of Law. Mr. Barag is licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
