Thomas Hegelund joined E-STET in 2016 as its Chief Executive Officer. Thomas Hegelund arrived at E-STET equipped with a diverse range of business experience, working as a C-Level executive around the globe. He worked as the CEO for the Scandinavian division of Thomson Reuters. There he helped revitalize Reuter’s presence in the region, doubling their revenue by the end of his time there. Additionally, he helped lead the expansion of Reuters into Germany.

He has a history of helping drive growth to technology startups, mid- and large-sized organizations in the United States and Europe. As the President of Inflexxion, a Boston-based healthcare company, Thomas reorganized the company’s resources towards growth while streamlining their cost base.

Thomas holds his MBA from Henley Business School in the United Kingdom, and completed his undergraduate work at The University of Copenhagen. Additionally, he has experience as a guest lecturer on business strategy at the Copenhagen Business School.

Thomas and his family are avid tennis players, and competed in the family doubles competition at the Denver Open.

Bhuvan Singh<br><em>Chief Operating Officer</em>

Bhuvan Singh
Chief Operating Officer

Bhuvan joined E-STET in 2007. Over the last decade, he has lead E-STET’s team through more than a thousand eDiscovery matters. Bhuvan regularly provides testimony on data forensic and collection issues. He leads the company's software development efforts and helped engineer E-STET’s project management portal LIVE. Bhuvan created the Information Security program at E-STET and under his supervision E-STET has successfully completed SOC II Type 1 and SOC II Type 2 audits. Prior to E-STET, Bhuvan held several software programming positions within various international companies.

Bhuvan holds several industry, software, information security and forensic certifications. He is one of only a few Relativity Masters in the world and an expert in application of Relativity Analytics and Technology Assisted Review. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering as well as a Masters in Computer Science from the University of Southern California.

Fun facts:

Bhuvan fosters rescue cats and dogs, and he used to be an avid motorcycle rider.

 

Aria Safar<br><em>Chief Business Development Officer</em>

Aria Safar
Chief Business Development Officer

Aria's role focuses on managing E-STET's strategic planning and growth by focusing on strategic accounts, communications, and recruiting. Aria works with corporate legal departments and law firms to build solutions that make the practice of law more efficient. Fluent in tech and legalese, Aria also runs all of E-STET's communications, ensuring that E-STET's ethos of transparency is expressed to the legal world. As E-STET grows, He also heads recruiting and talent management for E-STET.

Before joining E-STET, Aria clerked in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee in Memphis, Tennessee, where he worked on a wide variety of cases, including extensive patent work. Prior to clerking, he worked as a litigation associate at WilmerHale in New York, where he worked on several white collar criminal matters for large corporate clients. Aria is an active member of the New York Bar.

Aria received his J.D. from Berkeley Law School in 2012. He earned a Masters in International Relations from the London School of Economics in 2009. Aria graduated summa cum laude from UCLA in 2008 with a Bachelors in Political Science with a minor in Arabic.

Fun facts:

Aria loves learning languages. He can speak Spanish, French, Portuguese, Persian, Arabic, and English. He loves the mental exercise of figuring out common words and roots, and applying what he learns during travel or with making new friends.

Aria is the co-chair of Legal Hackers LA, the Los Angeles chapter of an international group pushing for technology solutions to making the practice of law more efficient and more accessible.

Bridgette Harris<br><em>VP of Managed Review and General Counsel</em>

Bridgette Harris
VP of Managed Review and General Counsel

Bridgette Harris joined E-STET in 2016. She manages document review teams in complex civil litigation in a wide array of matters, including intellectual property, business litigation, and internal investigations. She also handles all legal matters for E-STET.  

Bridgette has over eight years of litigation experience working on cases for multiple Fortune 500 companies and other enterprises across a broad spectrum of business disputes spanning many industries, including technology, pharmaceuticals, entertainment, banking, and securities.

Bridgette earned her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. She received her B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Michigan. She is a member of both the California and Illinois Bar.

Fun fact:

Bridgette enjoys hiking and has trekked into crevasses of the largest glacier in New Zealand. She can also tell you the cacao content of dark chocolate (within three percent) just by taste.

Eric Kveton<br><em>Senior Project Manager</em>

Eric Kveton
Senior Project Manager

Eric joined E-STET in 2011 as an eDiscovery Specialist before taking on a Senior Project Manager role. Eric is involved in overseeing all aspects of the EDRM, including the processing and analysis of data and management of large, complex litigation, and is a Relativity Certified Administrator. Eric also executes many of E-STET’s data collections, including numerous large-scale, on-site collections of sensitive media, and uses a variety of methods and tools to extract and forensically investigate data. Mr. Kveton has substantial experience with analytical software and worked in the data analysis department of Nexon America, prior to joining E-STET.

Eric holds a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Fun Facts:

Eric is a diehard Los Angeles Kings fan; he currently runs and writes for a blog covering the team.

Eric played trumpet in the UCLA Marching Band. He performed in eight states and Hong Kong, as well as in a television commercial for McDonald’s.

Mark Korosi<br><em>Project Manager</em>

Mark Korosi
Project Manager

Mark Korosi focuses primarily on managing eDiscovery projects and productions. He handles projects involving complex litigation, intellectual property matters, and government investigations across the United States and internationally. Mark's responsibilities include converting data from various non-usable formats to searchable data, and processing electronically stored information using an array of software. He also helps legal teams perform large scale, complex and time-sensitive document productions. 

 

Fun facts:

Mark completed a  nearly 750 mile bike tour from Portland to San Francisco and has sights set on others in the upcoming years. He also plays the trombone and bass guitar.

Pratha Mantri<br><em>Project Manager</em>

Pratha Mantri
Project Manager

Pratha Mantri joined E-STET in 2015 and focuses on managing various phases of the eDiscovery process. She is a Relativity Certified Administrator, certified PMP, and manages customer operations to provide assistance for the Relativity review platform. Additionally, she contributes in various marketing activities such as content development and AdWords campaign to fulfill her passion in marketing. 

Prior to joining E-STET, Pratha worked as a freelance marketing consultant with small and mid-size companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. She also has a strong entrepreneurial background and earned a Master’s in Business Administration from Temple University, Fox School of Business in 2014. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Mumbai University, India.

Fun fact:

Pratha is a master at cooking dosa, a South Indian crepe-like dish. She dreams of having a Nouveau Indian restaurant of her own some day.

Merrill Villanueva<br><em>eDiscovery Analyst</em>

Merrill Villanueva joined E-STET in 2016 as an eDiscovery Analyst.

Prior to his current role, Merrill spent over 5 years in IT support, systems administration, and cyber security at companies based in New York and Los Angeles.

In 2011, Merrill received his Bachelor of Science degree at St. John’s University in Computer Security Systems with a concentration in Cyber Forensics. He is currently pursuing his Relativity Certified Administrator and EnCase Certified Examiner certifications.

Fun Facts:

Merrill is allergic to chocolate, but lives life dangerously and still eats chocolate chip cookies.

Rahil Aftab<br><em>Infrastructure Administrator</em>

Rahil Aftab
Infrastructure Administrator

Rahil Aftab joined E-STET in 2016 as Infrastructure Administrator. In his role as Infrastructure Administrator, he is in charge of all network infrastructure for the company and ensuring data security. 

Previous to his time at E-STET, Rahil’s work sent him to 40 states across the U.S. installing high speed internet access for large companies and hotel chains. 

Rahil completed his Bachelor of Science degree at California State University, Dominguez Hills in Computer Technology. 

Fun Fact: 

Rahil has successfully completed the Buffalo Wild Wings “Blazin Challenge”. Eating 12 of the chains hottest chicken wings in three minutes. His feet went numb from succeeding, but he got a free t-shirt as a prize. 

Srushti Khairnar<br><em>eDiscovery Analyst</em>

Srushti Khairnar joined E-STET in 2016 as an eDiscovery Analyst.

She graduated from the University of Southern California with a masters in Industrial and Systems Engineering. Prior to E-STET, she worked as a data analyst at USC for 2 years.

Within 3 months of working at E-STET, Srushti earned her Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA)  and Relativity Certified User (RCU) certifications. She also received her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in December 2016. She is currently pursuing the Relativity Analytics Specialist and various other Relativity certifications.

Fun facts:

Srushti is an Indian Classical Music singer, and started singing at 3 years old. She is also a certified Zumba instructor. Srushti is an adrenaline junkie, and loves adventurous activities such as bungee jumping and skydiving. One of her most memorable experiences so far has been the 116-floor high Edge Walk atop Toronto's CN Tower.

Felix Alonso<br><em>Software Developer</em>

Felix Alonso first joined E-STET in 2011 as an Executive Assistant, after graduating from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor's degree in History and a minor in Economics.

He then switched to the tech team in 2012, filling in the role of eDiscovery Analyst and eventually becoming a Project Manager. He left the company in 2015 to pursue studies in computer science, and came back in 2016 as a Software Developer.

Fun facts:

Felix enjoys climbing, hiking and Dungeons and Dragons. He also has citizenship to three countries: the U.S., France, and Spain.

Francine Seno<br><em>Office Administrator</em>

Francine Seno
Office Administrator

Francine Seno joined E-STET in 2016 as Data Administrator, supporting the Operations team with tasks such as data entry, inventory and destruction. She then transitioned into a full-time administrative position after a few months and became E-STET's Office Administrator. She keeps both Los Angeles and San Francisco offices running smoothly by managing daily operations and serving as point person for a wide range of administrative, HR and financial management needs at E-STET.

She graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines with a degree in International Business and a minor in French Studies. She also spent a semester at Ciel de Strasbourg in the Alsace region of France as a cultural exchange student. 

Fun facts:

After retiring from her college cheerleading career, Francine developed a passion for yoga. She practices the Vinyasa and Ashtanga styles. 

Francine's favorite weekend activity is hiking and taking in views of the city from the hills.
